1- Kalon Mustard Salad Dressing with Kalon Acacia Honey
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoon Kalon honey
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 cup oil
- 2 tablespoon mustard
Directions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Shake or whisk the above ingredients until emulsified and creamy.
- Gradually whisk in the oil until there is a smooth consistency.

2- Honey Lemon Salad Dressing with Kalon Acacia Honey
Ingredients:
- 1 lemon and 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoon honey
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions:
- In a small bowl, whisk the a lemon juice with the lemon zest, honey and olive oil.
- Add salt and pepper as per the taste, and whisk well until smooth consistency.
